    Event        Start Times
    Wake up 6:30 AM  - 7:00 AM
    Breakfast 7:00 AM  - 8:30 AM
    Nap #1 8:30 AM  - 9:00 AM
    Snack / Drink    
    Lunch 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM
    Snack / Drink    
    Nap #2 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM
    Snack / Drink    
    Dinner 5:30 PM  - 6:00 PM
    Bath, Book, Cuddle, Good Night    
    Sleep 6:30 PM  - 7:00 PM
    Naps:
    2:00 - 2:30 Hours From Wakeup Till Nap #1
    2:00 - 3:00 Hours From Nap #1 to Nap #2
    3:00 - 4:00 Hours From Nap #2 to Night Sleep
    Naps less than 1 hour, cry 20 minutes hard core before you take him out.
    Naps more than 2.5 hours wake him up.
    Sleep utopia for 6 - 14 months old:
    Overall Day sleep 4 – 4 ½ hours (2 longer naps down from 3 naps)
    Overall Night sleep - at least 12 hours
    During the initial training: 
    - 15 minutes before Night sleep hold him a little bit and put him down, no talk, no bounce, no rocking.
    - If he does the wave, cry, sleep, cry, and sleep let him cry for up to 55 minutes.
    - If he cries
    Be Consistent:
    Always on the sleeping on tummy, maintain same bedtime daily and routines.
